Pick-up Orders: If you have picked up your order from our showroom and discover any defects with the product, we kindly request that you return it to our showroom within 14 days from the date of purchase. Upon verification of the defect, we will process a cash refund for the full amount paid.

Delivered Orders: In the event that you receive a defective product through our delivery service, we require you to provide us with photographic or video evidence clearly demonstrating the issue. Once we receive and verify the evidence, we will arrange for the collection of the defective item(s) from your location. After successful collection and inspection, we will issue a cash refund for the full amount paid.

Returns for Non-Defective Products: If you wish to return a product, even if it is not defective, you must visit our showroom within 14 days from the date of purchase. Please ensure that the product is returned in its original packaging, unused and undamaged. Once we receive and inspect the returned item(s), we will initiate a cash refund for the full amount paid.

Important Note: Returns can only be accepted within 14 days from the date of purchase. After this period, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.
